Description

A permanent conference call is an audio bridge available at anytime, without any reservation.

Features

- Admin access code. You can choose to have a common code for all participants, or have separate admin and participants codes. The admin code will prevent participants from dialing into the conference until and administrator has dialed in.

- Creation. You can create as much permanent conferences as you wish. Each conference will have its own access codes. This means you can have different conference bridges for different purposes and keep the codes separate. You can also delete them whenever you want.

- Audio recording (optional). mp3 format. If you select this option, an audio recording of you conference call will be available for download on your account pages.

- Detailed history. You can review details on each conference you have done, including timing of people joining, phone numbers and cost of conference.

- Announcement of participants (optional). Participants will be asked to record their name before entering the conference. Their name will then be announced when they enter the conference call.

- Maximum number of participants is 50, by default. Higher capacities are available on demand.




Description

A scheduled conference needs to be booked in advance and will no longer be available after its scheduled end (though we do not interrupt it while there are still participants, even after the scheduled end time). The conference is completely deleted after its scheduled end.

Features

- Access codes. Each participant will be assigned a singular access code. This will help identify each participant joining the conference. It is tolerated that multiple participants try to dial in with the same access code.

- Creation. You can create as much scheduled conferences as you wish. After creation of a scheduled conference, it is always possible to add users, reschedule the timing of the conference, or delete the conference.

- Email notification to participants of scheduled conferences (optional). If you provide emails of the participants, they will be notified by an automatic email of the conference schedule and details. You can also edit the notification email, as well as the source address of the email.

- SMS notification to participants of scheduled conferences (optional). If you provide mobile numbers of participants, you can select the sms notification. You can select the number of minutes before the conference the SMS should be sent. Each notified participant will receive his access code as well as the closest dial in number in the SMS.

- Audio recording (optional). mp3 format. If you select this option, an audio recording of you conference call will be available for download on your account pages.

- Detailed history. You can review details on each conference you have done, including timing of people joining, phone numbers and cost of conference.

- Toll land line or mobile phone dial in (PSTN/POTS dial in). myGlobalConference.com tries to provide local Toll phone numbers in multiple countries, in order to get lowest dial in prices for the users. The list of Toll dial in numbers is available on the myGlobalConference.com website as well as in the conference details and email notifications.

- Toll Free land line phone dial in. myGlobalConference.com tries to provide local Toll Free phone numbers in multiple countries. The list of Toll Free dial in numbers is available in the client conference details and email notifications. Toll Free dial in is not available from mobile or pay phones.

- Skype VoIP, free for the participant and administrator. If you have Skype installed on your computer, you can add the "myglobalconference" contact to your list of contacts. Then, you can simply call that contact, and use the Skype "dialpad" (available from the button next to the volume button) to type the conference access code.

- SIP VoIP, free for the participant and administrator. If you have SIP VoIP phone, you call the SIP number provided in the conference details to join directly the conference.



- The service is charged to the conference administrator on a "participant per minute" usage basis. This means that there are no recurring charges. Only effective dialed in minutes per participant are charged at a fixed rate. All charges are billed to the conference administrator (the client), not to conference participants.

- If nobody connects to a conference you have created, no charges are applied.

- For permanent conferences, billing only starts when an administrator dials in the conference (you need to have activated the administrator pin option).

- Prices are available on our home page.

- Unlike other conference call providers, Toll PSTN phone numbers are normal Toll pone numbers. Your participants will just have to pay the costs of a their local phone call.

- Setting up an account is totally free. No monthly charges.



- You need to "prepay" to add conference credits to your account.

- Conference call services are deducted in real time from your balance when conferences are running.

- You receive an invoice by email for each prepayment.

- You can pay by Paypal, Credit card, bank wire.



- You have a credit line for the conference services.

- You need to provide your company details, VAT number if applies, and need to have spent at least 200€ before we can grant the "post paid" mode.

- Conference call services are deducted in real time from your balance when conferences are running.

- You receive an invoice at the end of each month, for the previous month conference charges.

- You can pay by Paypal, Credit card, bank wire.



- If your company has multiple users and you wish to unify your billing for all users, your can apply for our Corporate Account feature.

- We create a master account for you. This master account manages all your users accounts billing.

- Each "sub account" is attached to the master account, and conference charges are sent to the master account.

- Each monthly invoice contains the itemized list of conference charges for each sub account.



myGlobalConference.com provides local dial in number in the following countries. You can always dial from any country in the world by calling one of the numbers of the following countries.

These are local PSTN country numbers at lowest local rates for the dialer. These are not over taxed phone numbers, like other conference call providers would propose!
